We will accept returns within 7 days from delivery as long as the product has not been worn in the meantime. We will refund the shipping cost only if the product has a major fault that was not mentioned in the description. However we will require a photo of the fault sent to us within two days of delivery.
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. After any follow up questions needed, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
